BAI Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Executive Roundtable

Exclusively for Chief Diversity Officers and Other Senior Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Leaders

The BAI Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Executive Roundtable is an invitation-only program exclusively for Chief Diversity Officers and other senior diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI) leaders (SVP+) from financial services organizations with asset sizes of at least $10 billion. This industry peer group is where DEI executives come together to exchange ideas and network in a trusted environment.

This program is a unique and collaborative experience that provides practical insights around critical DEI issues to help drive positive action and results in the industry. Built by DEI leaders for DEI leaders, participants determine their own agenda and create a strong network of peers for problem solving, brainstorming and personal brand building. The roundtable meets on a regular basis and has access to special DEI resources including BAI Banking Outlook research.
